We host the content of our website with the following provider:
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
This website is hosted on servers of Amazon Web Services. The provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg.
AWS provides cloud hosting and Content Delivery Network (CDN) services. When you visit this website, personal data such as IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data are stored and processed on AWS servers in the European Union (Frankfurt region, Germany).
External hosting is carried out for the purpose of contract fulfillment towards our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). If appropriate consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's end device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.
Server Location: All data is stored exclusively on AWS servers in the EU region Frankfurt (Germany). There is no transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA.
Data Processing Agreement: AWS processes personal data only according to our instructions in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and GDPR Art. 28.

Storage Duration

Inquiries by Email, Phone or Fax

IP Anonymization
We have activated IP anonymization on this website. This means your IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA.
Storage Duration

6. Plugins and Tools
Zcal (Appointment Booking)
For appointment booking, we use the Zcal service (Zcal Inc., USA). When you use our calendar to book an appointment, the data you entered will be transmitted to Zcal and stored there.
Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG). You can revoke your consent at any time. The Zcal widget is only loaded if you have consented to the use of cookies via our cookie banner. The legality of data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
Third-country transfer (USA): Zcal Inc. is based in the USA. The data transfer to the USA is based on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR (the widget is only loaded after your consent via the cookie banner). Additionally, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) provided by Zcal pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Please note that the USA does not have a level of data protection equivalent to that of the EU. US authorities may be able to access your data under certain circumstances.

Contact Form
For processing contact form data, we use our own server (AWS Lambda) hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt region, eu-central-1). Notification emails are sent via Amazon SES (Simple Email Service), also hosted in the EU.
Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time. The legality of data processing carried out prior to revocation remains unaffected.
The data you enter (name, email address, optionally phone number, company, website URL, and message) is used exclusively to process your inquiry. No data is transferred to third countries. Data is deleted once the purpose of storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
